The DAA Mr.Bulletfeeder Gen 2 is an automated solution for orientating your bullets and placing them on your cases when reloading on a progressive reloading machine. It relieves you of the tedious and hand-cramping task of picking up the bullet, orientating it in your fingers and placing it on the case mouth. A process which not only requires more effort and takes more time, but also puts your fingers in harm’s way inside the Press.

The Mr. BulletFeeder by DAA Gen-2 represents a remarkable evolution from the original Mr. Bulletfeeder, a product that has been diligently crafted and distributed by DAA for over a decade. With a wealth of experience and invaluable customer feedback accumulated during this extended period, we embarked on a journey to enhance the design and features of this exceptional bullet feeder, aiming to elevate its performance to even greater heights.

Among the notable enhancements and innovations incorporated into the Mr. BulletFeeder by DAA Gen-2 are as follows:

1. A redesigned injection-molded side wall now features a translucent window, affording users the ability to view the bullet count within the collator from below. Furthermore, this window can be effortlessly opened with just one hand, allowing the user to position a container beneath it for quick collator emptying during caliber changes. The novel side wall material also contributes to reduced operational noise.
2. In the widely favored calibers of 9mm and 223, we have introduced a lightweight injection-molded collator plate, which improves bullet feeding and reduces weight. This plate also integrates a central tab for simplified removal when transitioning between calibers. For other calibers such as 40/45/308, machined PVC discs continue to be employed.
3. The Mr. BulletFeeder by DAA Gen 2 adopts the new Pre-set nose guides, facilitating adjustments to the depth and position of the nose guide pocket through precise screw-turn adjustments. This innovation eliminates the need for spacer shims and enables the effortless interchange of nose guides, streamlining caliber conversions.
4. Our newly designed flip-ramp, now wider and incorporating gradual angle changes, eliminates the necessity for adjustments to the ramp position when switching between bullet types or calibers. It remains in place, simplifying the caliber swap process.
5. We have introduced a bayonet-type connector for the output tube assembly, enabling quicker and tool-free removal. This design ensures that the debris slot consistently remains at the bottom where it belongs.
6. An angle-indicator plate has been added to the hanger assembly, providing users with a clear reference point to consistently set the collator at their desired angle.
7. Additional small-scale improvements include a larger debris slot beneath the disc, rubber pads within the hanger to safeguard the case feeder’s side, an enhanced connector clamp for the output spring, and the inclusion of a latch to facilitate the manipulation of the dislodge arm during disc removal or insertion.

Please note that the expanding powder funnel supplied with the pistol caliber bullet feeders is for the Dillon reloading machines only. Not compatible with other brands. To use with the LnL press, you will need to purchase their expanding powder funnel separately.

Rifle: No expanding powder funnel is included with rifle calibers, because throating the rifle brass in the powder funnel is not possible. That would lead to too small a powder through hole. Flaring the brass must be done as a prep stage or using a modified M-die on the 1050.
